Affidavit reveals that Leticia Stauch did a Google search to see if Gannon Stauch's Nintendo Switch had a tracking device
Leticia Stauch knew, from the jump, that she had placed herself in a hellfire that only a Higher Power could get her out of.
That’s why, according to the police affidavit, she begin searching for ways to get rid of 11-year-old Gannon Stauch’s Nintendo Switch because she knew that if she could get rid of that Nintendo Switch, then she could increase her chances of getting away with murder. So, she got on Google and did a quick search: “can nintendo find my switch.”
After finding out that Nintendo can’t “find” the Switch, she went ahead and got rid of the Switch.

But as y’all can see, getting rid of the Nintendo Switch didn’t help her get away with murder. Leticia Stauch couldn’t explain why a pool of Gannon Stauch’s blood, and not Gannon Stauch, was on his mattress.
”Tecia,” as she’s sometimes called, had no words for why the cameras in her house, outside her house, and around town kept catching her during the times that she was suppose to be “blacked out” from Eduardo’s “The Mexican” brutal assault of her and kidnapping of Gannon Stauch, who she later said ran away from home.
With all of that evidence pointing to her as the murderess, the police couldn’t do anything but throw the book at her.
The police hit her with a slew of charges which include murder in the first degree resulting in the death of a child who is under the age of 12, first degree murder, and abusing a child to death.
There are also the charges of messing around with the evidence, messing around with a deceased body, and eight counts of violent crimes.
The first degree murder charges, as well as the other charges, that have been filed against Leticia Stauch will definitely stick now that the police in Florida have found what they believe to be Gannon Stauch’s body.
Back on the 18th of March, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Department in Colorado received a call from the sheriff’s office in Santa Rosa County, Florida, about a deceased middle school aged boy.
The body was taken over to the medical examiner’s office where they “tentatively” determined that the deceased is Gannon Stauch.
After getting confirmation that the deceased child is Gannon Stauch, the police notified the Stauch family.
Al Stauch , Gannon Stauch’s father, released a statement via his church, Restoration Church: “As you can tell from the initial missing child report, to the arrest and charges in early March, and now the wonderful, yet gut-wrenching news that Gannon’s body has been recovered, this has been a heartbroken and absolutely devastating time period in my life…I thank each member of the community and media that has respected my privacy and need to process everything that has happened.”
Leticia Stauch is up a creek without a paddle.
